What is the golf course like?
Golf at Tennessee Grasslands adheres to the finest traditions and highest standards of the game. Rest assured this is no ordinary community course. The Fairvue 7,116-yard, par 72 layout with a course rating of 74.1 from the Championship Tees, provides enough challenge for seasoned golfers, yet maintains a playability to be appreciated by amateurs. Six teeing ground options and nine daily variations of hole locations provide a unique experience each time you play the course. The Foxland 7171- yard, par 72 layout with a course rating 74.7 from the Championship Tees, is a true championship course from any of our seven sets of tees. This Bill Bergin designed course is one of the topped ranked courses in the state of Tennessee. The Foxland course has hosted the 2017 Tennessee State Open and many other state and local championships. This is a wonderful mix of true championship golf combined with member friendly play makes this course a true gem.  Tennessee Grasslands offers its members the highest quality of grasses in the Nashville are: The Fairvue course has A-1 Bent Grass greens, Meyer Zoysia fairways and 419 Hybrid Bermuda roughs. The Foxland course has A-1 Bent Grass greens, Cavalier Zoysia Tees and Fairways and 419 Hybrid Bermuda roughs. Tennessee Grasslands approaches golf as a refined recreation among gentlemen and ladies and holds the sportsmanship and competitive structures of the game in deep regard.

What golf features set Tennessee Grasslands apart from the rest?

-Fairvue Short Game Complex- this short game area was built with the overall play of the golf course in mind. It features a variety of bunkers and approach shots to ready your play for the day or to improve on the most critical part of golf- the short game.

-Foxland Short Game Area- this brand new design was installed to allow the member or guest to take their short game level to new heights . With a front fairway bunker to hit long iron bunker shots into the driving range, to the back green side bunker to hit shots onto the chipping green, this short game area will have a great impact on the health and improvement of your short game.

-Fairvue Putting Green & Foxland Putting Green- the practice greens are kept in the same condition as those on the actual Lakes & Links courses. The Lakes putting green is more than 7,500 square feet featuring a variety of contours simulating conditions on the course. The Links putting green is more than 8,200 square feet of putting surface which allows for any member or guest to fine tune their putting game.

-Fairvue Driving Range- the spacious driving range allows the ideal environment to get the right feel for all the clubs in your bag. The range at the Lakes course features North and South teeing grounds large enough for more than 20 members at one time. The fairway area includes target greens with flags and yardage measured to the targets from each tee.

-Foxland Driving Range- the range allows for a visual practice experience while simulating a fairway of a hole to hit your specific shots. The Links range features two large adjacent teeing grounds that allow multiple members and guests to practice at one time.   


Who is included in my membership?

Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club offers family memberships consisting of the primary member, spouse/partner and dependent children 25 years of age or younger and having primary residence at the home of the member. Grandchildren also have membership privileges.
 
How may I attain membership at Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club?
Qualifying for and awarding membership are determined at the sole discretion of the General Manager and the Board of Directors of Tennessee Grasslands, LLC. Is this an equity club?
Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club  is a non-equity private club. Members obtain the right to access, as opposed to ownership.
